Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.) and Boolean strategies to identify passive candidates in the AI and Engineering space.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from defining job requirements and screening candidates to conducting technical interviews and negotiating offers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends to advise hiring managers on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and market dynamics for 2026 and beyond.
- Brand Advocacy: Actively represent Nexus 2026 at tech meetups, hackathons, and conferences to build a strong employment brand and expand our network.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to understand complex technical needs and translate them into successful hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within the Software Engineering or AI/ML sectors.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to understand and evaluate technical resumes and communicate effectively with developers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proven track record of using sourcing tools and creative outreach methods to find hard-to-fill roles.
- ATS Proficiency: Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and HRIS platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
