Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place top-tier software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ Nashville tech clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview panels
- Drive diversity initiatives to build inclusive engineering teams
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a staffing agency or tech company
- Deep knowledge of Nashville's tech ecosystem and talent market
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Proven track record of placing 15+ engineers quarterly
- Strong technical understanding of full-stack, mobile, and cloud technologies
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
