Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
- System Design: Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions and cloud architectures tailored to client needs.
- Code Review & Optimization: Conduct thorough code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of existing systems to ensure stability and efficiency.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and clear documentation.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and interns, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, timeline management, and risk mitigation to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or IT consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#, with strong experience in AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Contract Experience: Demonstrated history of successfully completing contract engagements in the US market.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical issues.
