- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Oversee system migration projects, ensuring zero downtime and data integrity during transitions.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex 2026 strategic visions into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for cloud governance and disaster recovery protocols.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects and technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with implementing AI/ML infrastructure pipelines is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing to travel to the San Francisco headquarters for quarterly strategy summits.
