Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technology trends to forecast the technological landscape for 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Technology Roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate strategic vision into technical execution plans.
- Evaluate new technologies, vendors, and methodologies, providing detailed feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Identify competitive advantages through technology adoption and innovation strategies.
- Present complex strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in clear, persuasive formats.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or high-level technology consulting.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and Next-Gen Computing paradigms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
