Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure and next-gen web applications.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of futuristic digital solutions, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Identify emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the integration of advanced security protocols and data sovereignty frameworks for global markets.
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders to secure buy-in for high-impact projects and technical initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices to future-proof our engineering pipeline.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations with a strategic planning horizon of 5+ years.
- Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
