Responsibilities
- Source and vet top-tier candidates across diverse industries including manufacturing, IT, and healthcare
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Develop strategic partnerships with Milwaukee-area businesses to understand staffing needs
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate with sales team to maintain 95% client satisfaction rate
- Train and mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in Milwaukee market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (20+ placements/month)
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and engagement strategies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Wisconsin labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) or Staffing Certification preferred
