Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards and documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
