Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify and implement performance optimizations to ensure applications are fast, responsive, and accessible across all devices.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee software reliability and reduce bugs in production.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
