Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, .NET).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure 99.9% system uptime and reliability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Charlotte or remote.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
