Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and secure software applications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime and fast load times.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a full-stack environment.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
