Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to meet business needs.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
