Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture on AWS/Azure
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/Redis)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins/GitLab
- Collaborate with product teams on technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement OWASP best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js
- Expertise in cloud-native development (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and testing
- Proficiency with Docker/Kubernetes and Terraform
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Previous fintech or SaaS industry experience required
