Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or Go).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical architecture of the product.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a contract or full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
