Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with precision.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
