Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable software solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Code Leadership: Write high-quality, maintainable code and perform rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product features and solve complex technical challenges.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Deployment & CI/CD: Manage deployment pipelines and ensure smooth integration of new features into production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a senior capacity.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
