Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices and cloud-native applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for our global user base.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment processes.
- Identify technical debt and drive architectural improvements to ensure long-term system stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
