Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for high traffic environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct technical research to stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
