Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to security standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on JavaScript or Python.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
