Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring Boot, React).
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
