- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools into our content production and data analysis workflows.
- Technical Excellence: Lead complex technical SEO audits to ensure site architecture is optimized for speed, crawlability, and semantic understanding.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior SEO specialists and data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to influence site structure and UX based on SEO data and trends.
- Brand Authority: Develop and execute link-building campaigns that build high-authority backlinks from industry-leading publications.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role managing large-scale campaigns.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Deep understanding of Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE) and the impact of AI on traditional search results.
