The Role:
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end optimization of our web properties. You will work closely with engineering, content, and product teams to ensure our technical infrastructure supports our aggressive growth targets. You will leverage advanced analytics to uncover opportunities and implement scalable solutions that drive measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and rendering issues that hinder search engine performance.
- Optimize site architecture, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files to ensure maximum index coverage and crawl efficiency.
- Develop and execute off-page link-building strategies that build domain authority and enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze search intent and keyword trends to guide content strategy and product roadmap development.
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Search Console, GA4, and third-party SEO tools to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to implement Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals improvements, and AMP optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Technical SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Deep knowledge of Google’s Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
- Proficiency in analyzing data with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical debugging.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or custom headless solutions).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
