We are seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives. In this role, you will own the SEO strategy for our flagship client portfolio, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-backed methodologies. Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data problems.
- Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies that align with business goals and target high-value keywords.
- Manage the end-to-end keyword research and content optimization process, working with writers to ensure semantic relevance.
- Monitor search algorithm updates and competitor movements, adjusting strategies proactively to maintain rankings.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through white-hat outreach and relationship building.
- Generate monthly performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics, and technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to communicate technical needs to developers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
