The Role
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will own the technical and content roadmap. You will not just react to algorithm updates; you will anticipate them. You will work closely with our developers and content creators to ensure our digital footprint is impeccable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and performance issues.
- Develop and execute high-level content strategies that align with keyword research and user intent.
- Manage link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to acquire high-authority backlinks.
- Analyze website traffic data using Google Analytics and Search Console to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement schema markup and improve Core Web Vitals scores.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
- Report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and content strategy.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
