The Role:
As our Senior SEO Manager, you will own the end-to-end SEO lifecycle, from technical audits to content strategy and link building. You will mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with our content and development teams to ensure our clients dominate search rankings.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, schema markup issues, and Core Web VLP opportunities.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and gap analysis.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and assets for maximum search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Link Building: Lead high-quality off-page SEO campaigns, building authoritative backlinks through white-hat outreach and digital PR.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing monthly reporting and actionable insights.
- Team Leadership: Mentor SEO specialists, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a management or lead specialist role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
