Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end applications using React and modern web standards.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimization: Improve application performance, responsiveness, and SEO rankings across all devices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and architecture planning.
- Testing: Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure system reliability and bug-free deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in Redux, TypeScript, Webpack, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled-components).
- Backend: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Node.js is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our NYC office or remotely within the United States.
