What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for NP-hard optimization problems
- Architect error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Create quantum software development kits (SDKs) for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum algorithm benchmarking against classical supercomputers
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning architectures
- Familiarity with superconducting and trapped-ion quantum hardware
