Responsibilities
- Algorithm Development: Design and optimize quantum machine learning models specifically tailored for the 2026 computing architecture.
- Research Leadership: Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and superposition-based neural networks.
- Technical Strategy: Translate theoretical research into scalable software solutions and prototype systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers to integrate quantum processors with AI inference engines.
- Patent Generation: Document and file patents for novel quantum algorithms and processing techniques.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in quantum computing or advanced AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#) and frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum).
- Programming: Strong command of Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and their application in AI.
- Communication: Ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
