Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based web applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Integrate third-party services and manage database interactions using SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience with Python and Django or Flask frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Redis or caching layers.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
