Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for federal IT initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, stakeholders) to ensure alignment
- Manage risk mitigation and issue resolution throughout project lifecycles
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive briefings and status reports
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, NIST) and security protocols
- Maintain project documentation in accordance with PMI standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with federal government contracts
- PMP certification or equivalent (CAPM, PRINCE2) required
- Proven expertise managing enterprise-scale technology deployments
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance upon hire
