Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-fidelity neural feedback loops for direct-to-brain interfaces.
- Collaborate with neuroscientists and data engineers to translate neural signals into actionable UI elements.
- Conduct rigorous usability testing in simulated neural environments to ensure latency is minimized.
- Develop design systems that prioritize cognitive load reduction and accessibility for neurodiverse users.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AR/VR, BCI, and affective computing.
- Mentor junior designers and establish UX best practices for future tech.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on AR/VR or emerging technologies.
- Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or WebGL for immersive environments.
- Deep understanding of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and cognitive psychology principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental R&D environment.
