Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Lead the design and implementation of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality output.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables for new product introductions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Evaluate and recommend new machinery or tools to support production goals and technological advancements.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within the aerospace or aviation industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
