Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for performance, latency, and throughput.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning to integrate novel techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with SQL and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Deep understanding of MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
