Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure reliability and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical concepts, and model evaluation metrics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models into production environments.
