Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our elite technical team in El Paso, TX. This is a contract position designed for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are available for the night shift.
As a critical member of our infrastructure team, you will ensure the seamless operation of our internal systems, providing top-tier technical support and resolving complex issues that arise during off-hours.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations during night operations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated technical incidents and service requests with minimal supervision.
- Perform software installations, updates, and security patches for end-users and servers.
- Document all technical activities, incident resolutions, and change logs in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift management team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Conduct routine health checks and proactive maintenance to prevent system downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with remote desktop support and virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix).
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle pressure effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are highly preferred.
