Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within Active Directory and Office 365.
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and incidents with a focus on rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement IT infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
