Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity and quality assurance.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to executive stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Program Management.
- Proven experience managing projects in the government or defense sector is highly preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is required.
- Strong proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
