Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies shaping 2026
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech integration
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions using emerging frameworks
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build cross-functional innovation labs with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into market-ready products
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research on technology's long-term societal implications
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
