Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for global systems transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with government/public sector innovation initiatives
