Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing products/services aligned with 2026 market projections
- Deliver high-impact executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts affecting global industries
- Establish quantitative KPIs to track progress toward 2026 innovation milestones and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-ready technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) into current roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership content positioning Innovatech Labs as the authority on 2026 transformation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative futures modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of 5+ year strategic initiatives
