Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for C-suite executives
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups and technologies
- Represent company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
