Responsibilities

- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategic foresight maturity
- Represent the organization at industry foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
