Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and predictive models using proprietary HorizonAI analytics
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and innovation scouts
- Present strategic recommendations to client boards through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists on advanced foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/CFP preferred)
