Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze disruptive trends in technology, sociology, and economics through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present trend briefings to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and domain experts
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-state possibilities
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technology architectures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
