Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning systems to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to track long-term transformational impact
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term transformation strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong communication abilities to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects
