Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech) to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead high-stakes workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build proprietary trend-tracking algorithms using NLP and predictive analytics
- Manage a cross-functional team of data scientists and industry specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level technology adoption strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep technical understanding of at least three exponential technologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to non-technical audiences
