Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, quantum computing) and develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test business models against future disruptions
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for emerging technology adoption in regulated industries
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advose C-suite on investment opportunities in exponential technologies and future-proofing strategies
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for competitive advantage in volatile markets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500
- Deep expertise in predictive modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes (portfolio examples required)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Experience with regulatory landscape analysis for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, SEC)
