Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to forecast disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and communicate strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing prototype projects and experimental initiatives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem framework including scouting, incubation, and scaling processes
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness and adaptive innovation capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development capabilities
- Experience leading complex cross-functional innovation projects
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation outcomes
