Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product development pipelines
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and white papers on future technology paradigms
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit, Davos)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
