- Author thought leadership publications and present future outlook at industry conferences
- Manage a team of futurists and researchers to maintain competitive intelligence ecosystems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture emerging research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend forecasting frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
